While we typically follow all things fashion on this blog, I thought, since the last post was on some of our favorite and best dresses of 2012, why not do a quick tribute to the ultimate fashion accessory:  the sexiest men of 2012?!

After all, what good is a gorgeous red carpet gown without the chiseled arm of a Hollywood hunk waiting for you at the end of the carpet?  So here are some yummy pics of some of our favorite Hollywood boys from 2012, from stripping delights like Channing Tatum, to real life Gossip Girl hero Ryan Reynolds, to shirtless vampires like Joe Manganiello!

And while some of us may daydream about having our new year filled with some eye candy like these guys, we hope, most of all, that your new year is filled with love, peace, happiness, fashion, and... well... hot times!

Jason Wu New Collection: Miss Wu

And now, the post holiday moment we've all been waiting for.... well... many of us at least!

The man behind some of Michelle Obama and Michell Williams looks is perked and prepped to launch a new collection that is sure to have us all drooling.  Jason Wu, famous for his deliciously polished, clean lines and exquisite tailoring will release his new breezy collection on January 7th, titled "Miss Wu."

Heavily influenced by the 60s, the 40 piece new line brings about the mischievous and free spirited heart of girls like Marianne Faithfull and Jane Birkin.  But, as to be expected, there's a bit of a twist, which marries Wu's pretense for polish with the box shapes and effortless patterns of the mod cloth.

The result, a beautiful collection ranging in price from $265 for skirt to $495 for a shirtdress.

So, do you feel your inner Wu coming on?

DIY Nail Polish Rack & DIY Jewelry Display

Happy New Beginning everyone!  At least, that's what I'd like to call it being that so many people were worried about a slightly more devastating start to this December 21, 2012 thing!  Let's just take to heart what the Mayan Elders said, that is it more so a time for a change in realization about how we can help the world, and heal some of the pollution and stress that we may have caused!  Cheers to that!
Anyways, I thought I'd share a little holiday delight!  Most of us have finished our Christmas/Holiday shopping (if celebrating) but there are still those of us... you know who you are... who are panicking and waiting till the final moments!  Well I've got a fun DIY project that makes a couple wonderful gifts for your friends, that costs under $6!  And the best part, it looks like it costs $100!

And it will only take an hour or two of your time.... Watch the video below:

They're a DIY Nail Polish Rack, and a DIY Jewelry Display.  They're just gorgeous, and provide an artistic way to display your most coveted accessories and polishes.  Trust me, you'll feel like royalty every time you go to select a new color for the week!
They're made up of things I found around the house, and the 99 Cent store, which keeps the price to a tiny minimum without sacrificing quality.  Grab the Martha Stewart Paint for Multi Purpose surfaces at any craft store like Michael's, or any other paint that goes on glass, a high heat glue gun and some glass filler and you're on your way!
So get crafty and have some fun.  Whether you're celebrating these holidays or others, or none at all, this makes a great gift, or heck, something wonderful for yourself!
Cheers and happy gifting!

Jimmy Choo New Perfume Flash

Jimmy Choo has done it again!  And though we've already finished our holiday shopping (well.... some of us ;) we're already looking forward a few months to when we can get our hands around this awesome new bottle of fragrant delights!

This is Choo's second perfume called Flash.  It has a modern twist on the floral scent with notes of pink pepper, white lily, and tuberose, all packaged in a bottle design inspired by a 1970s chandelier.  Love it!

In a few words, Jimmy Choo wants "women to feel as excited as the do when they buy a pair of shoes, or a handbag.... we see fragrance as another accessory."  Well what do you think?  Will you be snapping up the scent, perhaps along with another pair of Choo shoes?

Victoria & David Beckham's Son for Burberry

Burberry just added a Beckham to the practically royal patterned cloth!  Romeo Beckham to be exact.  The 10-year-old son of Victoria and David Beckham got his first taste of the spotlight as the new campaign for the British brand's spring 2013 just launched, and he's the new face!

He looks adorable in the classic Burberry trench and tapered pants, topped off with the signature patterned collar and umbrella.  Flashing a big, and ever so Beckhamly coy smile to the lens and having a bit of fun with the other models, he looks carefree and like he's enjoying his new found position in the lime light.

He's also the star in the new campaign video for the label.  What do you think?

Gossip Girl Series Finale: Fashion Over the Years

Well I don't know about you, but I'm finding it hard to cope with the idea that "Gossip Girl" will be coming to an end tonight!  A total, not coming back, done-and-done, end to an area of dirty schemes and glorious fashion.

And while I wipe the tears from my eyes and relive some of the juicy moment from the show's six seasons,  I can't help but smile at all the life lessons I've learned from the enriching and profound social commentary the show has made.... well.... er..... at least the fashion has made!

Yes, Gossip Girl has been my guilty pleasure, and now that it's airing it's final episode tonight, I thought what better way then to flood the pages of this fashion blog with some snaps of some of our favorite looks that small screen goddesses like Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) and Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively) have worn whilst enduring the most challenging of young life drama.

So feast your eyes and calm your hearts and minds as we soon put GG to rest this evening!  (sniff sniff, tear tear...)
